Bravo “Real Estate Wars” Premier Party with Jo Jo Romeo and her real estate team
The Challenges: JoJo Romeo of the Bravo TV Real Estate Wars is a “no-nonsense” businesswoman, who has closed more than 400 million in real estate sales since 2011.
However, she needed branding help and sponsorship money to produce her “Real Estate Wars” Premiere Party. She wanted to outshine her Reality Show competitor John McMonigle by throwing her party before he had time to throw his party. BTW: Bravo TV does not pay for the Reality Personalities parties. JoJo needed my help.
The Solution: Bring in the Talent, the Media, the Video and the Sponsors. On this challenge, I partnered with Nancy Vengoechea, founding principal of Vengo Design International. Nancy was instrumental in bringing in thousands of dollars of Swag Bags for our attending guests.
Next was the pitch to get the sponsorship funds: Sponsoring an event costs less than running your commercial and elevates your status anytime a celebrity is involved.
